According to the national standard of GB8334, since the manufacturing date of 5kg and 15kg, the inspection cycle from the first to the third inspection is 4 years, and the validity period of the fourth inspection is 3 years;
50 kg cylinders are inspected every three years.
Any type of gas cylinder with a service life of more than 15 years should be treated as mandatory scrap.
In addition to the on-time inspection, the LPG cylinders should also pay attention to the following items during use: the LPG cylinders are strictly prohibited to be used upside down, and the bottle body is strictly prohibited to be roasted and ironed;
Do not dispose of the residual liquid in the bottle by yourself;
Before using the new canned liquefied gas bottle, it is necessary to check whether the pressure reducing valve and rubber hose are installed in place, whether the sealing ring is aging and damaged, and whether there is air leakage. If the air leakage is found, it must be excluded before using;
Gas leak detection only with soapy water daub the joint and liquefied gas cylinder valve stem, check whether there are bubbles, is strictly prohibited open flame leak detection;
When using liquefied gas, people can not leave, after use should close the Angle valve;
The LPG must be filled to the unit with legal filling qualification, and the LPG bottle with own property right shall be voluntarily transferred to the legal filling station selected according to the principle of “local and nearby”.
