Lupin has announced that its Allotment Committee of Directors, in a meeting held today, August 28, 2024, allotted 121,150 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs 2 each. These shares were granted to employees under the company’s stock option plans. Following this allotment, Lupin’s issued and paid-up capital has increased to Rs 91,22,74,838, comprising 45,61,37,419 equity shares of Rs 2 each. The company’s stock has risen by 1.66% in response to the news.
