Stocks Making the Biggest Moves After Hours: Adobe, RH, Oracle, and More

Adobe

Adobe’s shares fell over 10% in after-hours trading following a weaker-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter revenue forecast. The company projected revenue between $5.50 billion and $5.55 billion, falling short of analysts’ consensus estimate of $5.61 billion. Adjusted earnings per share were forecasted between $4.63 and $4.68, compared to the anticipated $4.67. Despite this, Adobe reported third-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue that exceeded estimates.

Oracle

Oracle’s stock rose nearly 6% after the company upgraded its revenue forecast. At its analyst day on Thursday, Oracle announced it expects 2026 revenue to reach at least $66 billion, up from the previous estimate of $65 billion and above the analysts’ forecast of $64.8 billion, according to FactSet.

Neurocrine Biosciences

Shares of Neurocrine Biosciences fell more than 2% after the company reported disappointing results from a Phase 2 study of its investigational schizophrenia drug, luvadaxistat. The drug did not meet its primary endpoints in the trial.

RH

RH saw a significant after-hours gain of nearly 19% following its strong fiscal second-quarter earnings report. The home furnishings company reported adjusted earnings of $1.69 per share on revenue of $830 million, surpassing analysts’ expectations of $1.56 per share and $825 million in revenue.

Aptiv PLC

Aptiv PLC’s shares increased by 1.7% after a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission revealed that CEO Kevin Clark had purchased nearly 30,000 shares of the company earlier in the week.
